捕手Spotter Terms of Use

1. The service

捕手Spotter is a partner workout log (currently for iOS). It offers workout logging, partners logging for each other, AI form check, AI food recognition, weight tracking, a friends activity feed, Find a Gym Partner, and messages between friends. The service is provided “as is” and may contain errors or interruptions.

2. Your account

You sign in with an Apple or Google account to use the full app. Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Health disclaimer

AI form feedback and training suggestions in 捕手Spotter are for reference only and are not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program, and talk to a doctor first if you have any health condition (including cardiovascular disease, joint injuries, pregnancy, or chronic illness). You use 捕手Spotter for training at your own risk.

4. AI content disclaimer

AI form feedback, nutrition estimates from food recognition, and workout recaps are generated by Google Gemini. They may not be fully accurate. Rely on how your body feels and on professional advice.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some advanced features (such as higher daily AI limits) require a Spotter Pro subscription. Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload to 捕手Spotter (workouts, weight, meal photos, comments, profile photos, messages). You grant 捕手Spotter the right to process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Do not upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, sexual, or that infringes anyone’s privacy or intellectual property. We may remove violating content and suspend accounts. Do not attempt reverse engineering, hacking, or service disruption.

7. Reporting and blocking

We have zero tolerance for harassment, sexual content, violence, hate, scams, and other abusive content or behavior. You can report or block someone from the “…” menu on posts, comments, profile pages, and messages. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend accounts where appropriate. Once you block someone, they can no longer message you.

If you meet someone through Find a Gym Partner, meet in a public place the first time and look out for your own safety. Each user is responsible for their own conduct.

8. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or end the service (or individual features). We will give notice of major changes. If you violate these terms, we may terminate your account at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 捕手Spotter and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of income, or bodily injury.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
